Norrvikens Kust

On the north side of Hallandsåsen, just below Norrviken gardens with a view of Laholmsbukten, 10 apartment villas are built. Together with our client West Estate, we have developed 3 typologies; a souterrain semi-detached house, an apartment villa and a compact townhouse with 4 small apartments. Saddle roofs with offset ridges, carefully designed wooden facades and pergolas in solid oiled wood give character to the homes. Tailor Made architects have developed the project into complete building permit documents.
